Standard Online Orders: ENG GADGETS, Inc ships the quickest and least expensive method possible. Online orders will ship FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Tampa, Florida. You, the customer, are charged the standard rates set by FedEx or the United States Postal Service. There are NO EXTRA ADDED COSTS to the shipping price, although a nominal charge ($.25 to $4.00 depending on package size) may be added to cover the packaging materials, labor and handling.

Other Shipping Options: Please call us at (800) 760-2484 or email your request to sales@enggadgets.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. These options are more expensive and you, the customer, will be charged the shippers standard rates for your selected shipping method - NO RUSH FEES OR EXTRA HANDLING COSTS - are added by ENG GADGETS, Inc. for the change in delivery service.

International: FedEx International Economy and USPS Global Mail (if your order is under $200.00) are available. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to shipping overseas. We do not ship to Indonesia

Drop Shipping: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products to you, the customer, directly from the manufacturer or distributors. ENG GADGETS, Inc does not adjust the shipping cost of your order because of the change in shipping distance as a result of the drop shipping. Again you pay standard shipping rates set by the shipping company and method of delivery.

Damage: ENG GADGETS, Inc is not responsible for any physical damage to products or loss of packages caused by the shipping company. Keep in mind, each shipment is insured to a different degree for damage and loss depending on the shipping company.
