RETURN POLICY ENG Gadgets, Inc. strives to insure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To insure full credit for your returns, please do the following: PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL ACCEPT RETURN OF ANY ITEM(S) WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THIS AUTHORIZED RETURN PERIOD. Call ENG Gadgets, Inc. at (813) 837-2980 [M-F 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST] or email Customer Service for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION ("R.A") NUMBER. After 5 days, any problems you have with your equipment should be addressed directly to the manufacturer. Your return must be received within 10 days from the date the R.A.# is issued. To assure full credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL, unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturer's original (product) cartons. Returns that are received in other than ORIGINAL condition will be assessed a 20% restock fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Print the "R.A." number on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship returned items back by the most convenient means. We suggest you ship by an insurable method. Please enclose a "copy" (keep original) of your sales receipt. Exchanged merchandise cannot be returned for a second exchange or credit. Credit for returns are normally processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card used when the original order was placed. In the event your order was paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you at the address to which we shipped the order. ENG Gadgets, Inc. is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified in the supplied owner's manual.
